Terms of use
Last updated: 1 November 2026
Welcome to Nobtha. These terms are an agreement between you and us. They apply when you create an account, reserve a name or publish a page. We've kept them as plain as we can; please read them in full, and if you don't agree, don't use Nobtha.
Who we are
Nobtha is a platform for profile pages at nobtha.me. It is run from Kuwait by its founder until it is registered as a company; these terms will then pass to that company, and we'll tell you. Contact: [email protected].
Your account
- You must be at least 18 to create an account.
- You log in with a code sent to your email, so keep your email secure: whoever controls it can get into your account.
- Each account has one page, and each person or business has one account. Don't create accounts in someone else's name or in bulk.
- Give accurate information about yourself or your business, and keep it up to date.
Your page's name
Names go to whoever reserves them first, but a name is an address you use, not property you sell. We may refuse or take back a name that impersonates someone, misleads visitors, infringes someone else's trademark, belongs to a government or public body, or was reserved to sell it or keep it from its rightful owner.
Your content
What you put on your page belongs to you, and you're responsible for it: that it's accurate, that you have the right to publish the photos, text and files you upload, and that it's lawful.
When you publish, you give us a free, non-exclusive permission to host, store, copy, translate and show your page to visitors anywhere, and to show it in search results and link previews, for as long as it's published and as needed afterwards for our backups. We won't feature your page in our advertising or campaigns without asking you first.
AI help
Nobtha uses AI to draft and translate your page from what you tell us, and it can make mistakes. Check everything before you publish: you're responsible for what you publish. We don't use your content to train AI models.
Content rules
Your page must follow our content rules. We check pages and images automatically, and our team reviews what's reported. If a page breaks the rules, we may hide it, remove part of it or suspend the account, and we'll tell you why when we can. If you think we got it wrong, write to [email protected].
Search engines
A published page is public: anyone with its link can see it. Pro and Business pages open to search engines a day after they're first published. Free pages open after a week, once they're complete: a photo, a few words about you, and a way for people to reach you. We can't promise any position in search results; that's up to the search engines.
Marks and plans
- The blue mark means the owner subscribes to Pro and has confirmed their phone number. It's removed if they change their name, until we check it again. It doesn't verify their identity or mean we endorse them.
- The gold mark is for businesses, after we check their documents by hand.
- We may remove any mark that's misused or no longer meets its conditions.
- Current prices are in the pricing section of our website.
Payment, cancellation and refunds
- Plans are paid a year in advance and renew automatically at the end of each year unless you cancel. We'll email you before each renewal.
- Payments are handled for us by a payment provider, which is the seller of record on your invoice; its terms apply to the purchase.
- You can cancel any time from your account. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for, then doesn't renew.
- Payments aren't refunded, in full or in part, even if you cancel before the period ends, except where the law gives you a right to a refund.
- If we change a price, we'll tell you at least 30 days before your next renewal, and the new price applies from that renewal.
What you may not do
- Collect pages or their data automatically, except as a well-known search engine.
- Try to break into Nobtha, disrupt it, or get around its limits and checks.
- Create accounts or pages automatically or in bulk.
- Use Nobtha to send spam or to defraud anyone.
Ending
You can delete your account at any time from the Account page; your page, all its versions and its images go with it. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms. If we ever decide to close Nobtha, we'll tell you at least 30 days ahead where we can, so you can keep what you need.
Our responsibility
We provide Nobtha as it is. We work to keep it available and accurate, but we can't promise it will never fail or make mistakes. We're not a party to anything between visitors and page owners, such as sales, bookings or messages. As far as the law allows, our liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Changes
We may update these terms as Nobtha grows. For significant changes, we'll tell you by email or in the app at least 14 days before they apply. If you keep using Nobtha after that, you accept the new terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kuwait, and its courts settle any dispute about them. They're published in Arabic and English; if the two ever differ, the Arabic text applies.
